Serial entrepreneur Patrick Henderson over the past decade has established himself as an astute businessman, mentor, and determined leader within the business and Real Estate sector. In addition, he general contracted several real estate projects by taking single-family homes and commercial structures in underserved areas and rehabilitating them back to market condition. Now Henderson spends his time as a premium Modern Home Developer, not only delivering homes to athletes, entertainers, and C-Suite Executives; but partnering with professionals who have a dream of completing a modern home project. One of Henderson’s desires is to leave a legacy on the community that will advance the culture for future generations to come.
